AIPaperDetect provides AI-powered academic paper evaluation through the APEAS (AI Paper Evaluation Agent Suite) platform, accessible at aipaperdetect.com. The service analyzes papers across dimensions including AI detection, citation integrity, scientific quality, and academic honesty.

Our results are assistive tools to support human judgment, not definitive academic verdicts. Scores should be interpreted alongside expert review.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share accounts or circumvent plan quotas by creating multiple accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse (e.g., automated scraping, bulk account creation).

You may use the service to evaluate academic papers you have a legitimate right to submit for analysis (your own work, papers you are reviewing, papers submitted to you as an editor). You may not:

• Upload papers belonging to others without authorization
• Use results to improperly accuse authors of misconduct without supporting evidence
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service beyond the API access offered on the Pro plan
• Upload malicious files intended to exploit our systems
• Misrepresent our evaluation results in published research or formal proceedings

Free plan: 3 analyses per month at no cost, no credit card required.

Starter plan ($9/month): 20 analyses per month, billed monthly via Paddle.

Pro plan ($25/month): 100 analyses per month, 3 concurrent analyses, API access, billed monthly.

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid plan. If you are unsatisfied, contact billing@aipaperdetect.com within 7 days of your first charge. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are handled at our discretion.

You retain all intellectual property rights to the papers you upload. By uploading, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your paper for the purpose of generating your evaluation report — nothing more.

Evaluation reports generated for you are yours to use freely. Our scoring methodology, prompt templates, and software remain our intellectual property.

AI detection is a probabilistic technology. Our results reflect statistical patterns and should not be used as sole evidence in academic misconduct proceedings. We make no guarantee that our analysis is 100% accurate.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPaperDetect's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy retention schedules.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration before courts in Da Nang, Vietnam, unless you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that requires local courts.

We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
